1. Host/System Compatibility, Product Updates & Render-only Policy

	View System Requirements
				i.e. CPU, Memory, Graphics Card.
	View Host Requirements
				i.e. After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.


	Check our Download and Updates Page for the latest updates & upgrades.
				Important if you are installing from a CD or DVD. Important if you have upgraded your system or host application.
	View our Render-only policy
				Render-only machines are those never used for front-end work.

2. Locating Serial Number


	Downloaded Orders
				Serial number(s) are sent within 5 hours to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Serial number(s) may be looked up online within 3 hours of check out using our Serial Number Look Up System. Cross-grade and Academic orders require verification, these are sent within 1 business day.

Box Orders

Serial number(s) are contained within your box product.
If a CD Add-on was also ordered, serial number(s) will then be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.

3. Tracking a Shipment


				Once your order has shipped, you will be e-mailed a UPS tracking number. Your shipment can then be tracked at www.UPS.com.

				Download all products from our Product Download Page.
